Tonight I prayed for God to speak to me that He will walk with me and then continued with my daily reading, Jeremiah 43.
Instead I turned to Isaiah 43 without realising it’s not Jeremiah and felt comforted by Isaiah 43:1-3
‘Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by your name; you are Mine.
When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow you.
When you walked through the fire, you will not be burned, nor shall the flame scorched you.
For I am the Lord your God, the Holy One of Israel, your Saviour.. ‘
And then I realised that I’m not reading Jeremiah and that God did speak to me through the verse in Isaiah that He will be with me. He will be with me..
