Apart from spiritual wellness, physical wellness is also a struggle when traveling frequently for business. Running shoes are too bulky to carry, swimming pools are not available for some ‘business hotels’ (especially in China) and too tired/ too easily tempted by the TV right infront of the hotel bed.
Yeah.. I’ve decided that having attended an expensive Basic Exercise Class, I can’t give myself the excuse that it’s too difficult to exercise when on business trips (incidentally, excuses and how to counter them is the first part of the class). After all, 90% of my time is spent traveling and staying in hotel, I’ve got to do something!
I’ve Googled to no avail on this subject; so after eating the china version of KFC, I’ll check back with exercise recommendations. Do help me too, lest I’ve got to change my cartoon character from Mrs Clay to Mrs Piggy!
