Easy Exercises for the Business Traveller

Here is the exercise routine that I will follow.. something which I come up with to do within the hotel room.

1. 2 min stretch
2. 15 push-ups
3. 20×2 lunges
4. 30 crunches
5. 15 squats
6. 5 min stretch

It should take about 20 minutes, will keep you updated on the effectiveness of the routine!
