Being a twenty-something desk-bound female, I find myself putting on more flab and the fast slim-down methods like shopping for 3 days in a row no longer worked (plus, shopping no longer interest me). After a long gestation period, I decided it was time to keep fit; after all, I remembered the happiness in my teenage years when jogging felt like flying.
Somehow, I headed to the library for inspiration on how to keep fit. I got a few books (which I will be reviewing) and Paula Abdul’s Cardio Dance tape! I had fun trying to follow the tape but in the end, resorted to improvising a much simpler version.
Could I keep up the momentum?
